WCMS PTA uses MemberHub to stay in touch parents via email communication, provide a directory to all families and track membership and fundraising efforts.

Joining our secure system is free and allows you to:
  • Stay connected to other families via online and your phone
  • Purchase membership and make donations online and from your phone
  • Only $15/person to join the WCMS PTA
  • We charge only $10/WCMS staff member.  Join the PTA so that we can continue to offer PTA membership to our faculty at a discounted price!

  • Harris Teeter - Did you know that Harris Teeter contributes a percentage of purchased Harris Teeter brand products when you use your VIC card? To link your VIC card to West Cary Middle School, tell your cashier that you would like link your VIC card (code: #2408) or you can do it yourself online on the Harris Teeter website. Please be aware that you MUST re-link your VIP card every year!
  • Lowe’s Food - Support the “Cart 2 Class” program by linking your Lowe’s Fresh Rewards card by going directly to www.lowesfoods.com.
  • Publix - All your grocery purchases made at Publix will help earn money for our school. For every $37,500 our supporters spend at Publix, $250 will be given to our school at the quarter’s end. To get started, you will need to create a Publix account (same account used for digital coupons) and add West Cary Middle School - Cary, NC as your 'My Publix Partner'. After linking our school, you simply need to give your Publix cashier the phone number associated with your account when checking out.
